Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the Site. The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery times are indicated at the time of the order. The Seller strives to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond their control.

Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the receipt of the order. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from abnormal use or negligence on the part of the customer.

Liability
The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the customer’s fault, an insurmountable and unforeseeable act of a third party, or a case of force majeure.

Disputes
In case of a dispute, the parties will strive to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the defendant's residence or, at the plaintiff's choice, the place of actual delivery of the goods.

Modification of the GTC
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force at the date of the order.
